St Joseph's RC Voluntary Aided Comprehensive School is a secondary school and sixth form for boys and girls. The age range of the pupils is 11 to 18. There is a learning resources centre equipped with computers and attached to the library which the pupils may use after-school every day. A wide range of extra-curricular activities are offered at lunchtime and after-school. These activities include: basketball, cross-country, running, football, hockey, netball, dance and rugby. The school aims to create a school community, which is ordered and well disciplined in which its children aim for the highest possible standards in spiritual and moral attitudes.
